I’m Coach Bronson, an exercise scientist, sports performance coach, and ketogenic athlete who has spent nearly two decades helping athletes break through those barriers. I know firsthand that traditional nutrition and training methods often sacrifice long-term health for short-term gains. I also know that it is not necessary.
